Static-X Forced to Cancel 2012 Tour Dates
It is with sad faces that Static-X have been forced to cancel the remainder of their 2012. Unfortunately for Wayne Static. he must return to Los Angeles for medical problems that the band says have been hampering his performance. Wayne is saddened by the pulling of a number of shows, and sends his apologies to his fans stating, "I’m so sorry to all my fans but I cant give you the 1000% you deserve from Static-X every night right now. Evil disco will continue in 2013. Just wait until you see what’s next!!!" The AU Review wishes Wayne well with his medical procedures.

Husky Add More Dates to Australian Tour
It’s all happening for Husky at the moment and to take full advantage of their success, the band are adding more dates to their Australian tour. The band have recently released Forever So in the USA, UK and Europe, as well as claiming the prestigious title of being the first Australian band to be signed to the infamous Sub Pop records. After what sounds like a magical touring time in America of playing headline shows, drinking coffee at roadside diners and winning fans, the band have decided to grace Australia with their presence.
Starting in October and plowing on until December, Husky will return down under for some very special shows, kicking off in Melbourne, to promote their single Tidal Wave. After receiving great reviews from Pitchfork and Rolling Stone, Husky will bring their catchy harmonies and psychedelic leanings to capture Aussie hearts.
